Ms. Nimer is an Associate in S&B. She is a professional Bar certified Attorney with a master’s in Law degree focused on business law. Her main area of practice is contracts, commercial, corporate, and labor laws. She is also distinguished by her research and analytical skills. She has been a member of the Palestinian Bar Association since 2016.

Ms. Nimer is also known for her capabilities and expert skills in drafting and reviewing various types of contracts on local, regional, and international levels in Arabic and English, especially in commercial areas. As well as her abilities in preparing many legal documents such as legal opinions and memorandums on various legal aspects.

Ms. Nimer also has experience in representing clients in courts and resolving client disputes, as well as her experience in conducting legal transactions and fillings at different ministries, municipalities, notaries and the land registry.

She received her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Birzeit University in 2015. she obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Business Law from Pittsburgh University school of Law – USA in 2018.
